每個區(qū)市每次抽樣邀請市民代表不少于10人。抽檢食安“易發(fā)區(qū)”“通過之前的食安問計于民活動，也了解很多市民出現(xiàn)食安的區(qū)域。而這次抽檢就是要抽這些食安事故易發(fā)區(qū)。”市食藥局相關(guān)負責(zé)人說，這次抽樣場所主要在流通和餐飲環(huán)節(jié)，統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域，結(jié)合居民食品消費特點，根據(jù)不同消費渠道所占比重確定抽樣數(shù)量。
