帶式壓濾脫水機、螺旋壓榨式離心機
優點：帶式壓濾脫水機能低速運行，無噪聲，處理量較大；螺旋壓榨式離心機處理能力相對較大，可連續運轉。
缺點：帶式壓濾機存在現場環境差、臭味大、濕氣大，易造成二次污染等問題；而螺旋壓榨離心機則能耗比較大，通常情況下，處理100t/d的污泥，電機功率需要60kw左右。另外，以上兩種形式處理后含水率只能達到75~80%左右，不能滿足污泥焚燒或填埋的要求。
1、井下螺桿泵的工況，即井筒流體進入敞開腔室的流量大小與敞開腔室的壓差和流體粘度等因素有關。1. the working conditi of the downhole screw pump， that is， the flow of the wellbore fluid into the open chamber， is related to the pressure difference of the open chamber&the viscosity of the fluid.ａ、壓差對工況的影響the effect of a&pressure difference on the working condition如果忽略流體的蒸汽壓力、井筒動液面和泵吸入口的摩阻損失，則打開一個敞開的腔室所建立的生產壓差為0.1mpa，只要在吸入口及腔室之間的壓降小于形成一個腔室所建立的壓差，井筒流體將全部充滿腔室，則螺桿泵可以達到其理論攝排量。
ｂ、流體粘度對工況的影響the effect of b&fluid viscosity on the working condition隨著流體粘度的增加，由于產生較高的壓降使泵的排量下降。as the viscosity of the fluid increases， the displacement of the pump decreases as a result of high pressure drop.ｃ、泵磨損影響effect of c&pump wear螺桿泵的工作轉速通常為40至500r/min，為減少由于磨損而帶來的維修工作量，應當隨流體的磨蝕性增加而降低泵的轉速。研究表明，泵的磨損與流體流速成正比，螺桿泵定轉子，但是低的轉速對井下泵的使用壽命又產生不利的影響。the working speed of the screw pump is usually 40 to 500r/min. in order to reduce the maintenance workload caused by wear， the speed of the pump should be reduced with the increase of the abrasive wear of the fluid. the study shows that the wear of the pump is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid， but the low speed of the pump has a negative effect on the life of the downhole pump.
